The cellar is located below the Chiostro level and has a dedicated entrance characterized by an imposing and historic door. It is here, where the temperature is constant all year round, that Tenuta Pescarina wines mature and refine in oak barriques and are stored in the bottle.
The historic cellar is flanked by a modern cellar equipped with highly technological machinery where the first stages of winemaking are carried out: destemming, pressing and fermentation.
The perfect combination of bricks and wooden barrels, with touches of modern design, make this environment suitable for for hosting tastings of our wines narrated and served by our Sommelier.
The wine tastings are accompanied by tasty dishes prepared by the Chef, always respecting seasonality. The unmissable bruschetta flooded with organic extra virgin olive oil, another leading product of the company.
