Type of Soil: Clay limestone with gravel.

Growing system: guyot.

Vine density and yield: 5.000 vines/ha and 70 q.

Pressing: soft pressing with low yield grape/juice.

Juice Settling: cold static

Vinification: in stainless steel with temperature controlled for 15-20 days.

Maturation: 5 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees and 2 months in bottle.

  • Tasting notes: Intense brilliant gold color, crunchy, elegant and aromatic.
