Disposition: hilly.

Type of Soil: Clay limestone with gravel.

Growing system: row with guyot pruning.

Vine density and yield: 5.000 vines/ha and 70 q

Vinification: in oak vats for 20-25 days on skins.

Maturation: 12 months in tonneaux and 4 months in bottle.

  • Tasting notes: intense ruby red color tending to garnet, aromas of wild berries in harmony with notes of humus and undergrowth, velvety and soft tanninaromatic.
